Ellery is a boarding school teen with morbid secrets he wants to keep away from his classmates and teachers.

Since he came out to his controlling father, he has put immense effort into staying loyal to the societal expectations of his school and family—even though they don’t see or value him. When a spectral, alluring man visits Ellery in dreams and hallucinations, this stranger seems eerily interested in not only stalking him but pointing out his most frantic internal contradictions.

As Ellery falls into a spiral of paranoia, he doesn’t understand that the strange visitor, a necromancer warlord named Callisto, is real, and so is the dark parallel dimension he’s taking him to.

Page 133 of Little Death Chapter 2. Callisto is strangling Ellery on the altar in the cemetery.

Little Death Chapter 2, Page 136. Ellery is stabbed through the skull. His memories break apart, panel by panel.

Ellery wakes up in Callisto’s arms in the Great Hall, but gasps in pain as a headache makes his vision throb. Callisto gets Ellery to drink a mysterious beverage…

Ellery drinks from the offered cup and starts choking on the contents, coughing violently. His toes curl as he whimpers in nauseous discomfort. He sags in Callisto’s lap. Callisto says “Don’t you dare go to sleep.” Weakened by his ordeal, Ellery says “I can’t…” He closes his eyes. Callisto slaps him across the cheek.

Ellery trembles from being slapped as he stares in terror at Callisto, who just hit him across the face. Callisto says, “Hm, That was a light slap, you know. You’ll learn to take more than that, my catamite.” Ghouls approach the great hall with a wooden chest. “Here are the vestments you requested, Lord Callisto.” “Dead people!” Ellery cries in alarm. “Leave it there and await your next orders outside.” Says Callisto as he strokes Ellery’s forehead. Ellery looks up at Callisto and repeats the name, “Callisto…?”

Callisto tries to convince Ellery that the world he kidnapped Ellery from was the real nightmare and he’s actually saving him, asking him if the people he was leaving behind ever supported him. Ellery steps away from him, disturbed, but Callisto doesn’t let him break free from the tight grip of their hands.

Callisto tries to convince Ellery he was completely alone in his world. “Jean and Stephan.” Ellery says, staring far away. “They cared about me…” “Dig deeper.” Callisto persists with the gentleness of a sword, “If you trusted them, you would have told them what you are.” Ellery scrunches his face, flushed and frustrated. “I… was waiting… to tell them. I was going to become… stronger… first. I couldn’t just-“ He opens his eyes, a look of grief felling his rage. “Not when we shared a dorm. Not when I look… like this.” He is yanked by his wrist, so his body is flipped around to face Callisto, and the robe that shielded his nudity slips off his shoulders. He cries out in shock and sudden pain, “Ah!” Callisto looks down at Ellery, who grips the other man’s knees for support as he’s forced to face his kidnapper. Callisto says “You had it wrong… That was the problem all along,” Ellery’s face is flushed and his eyes are fixed on what’s between Callisto’s legs. Ellery’s body is sweating and he’s panting from fear, or something else, as the robe now hangs off his arms. “Wasn’t it?”

    I’m really glad i found this comic, i really love where this is going and the plot Man, so captivating, adore when +18 comics have this kind of topics. I’ve been through similar experiences/dreams so it’s ultra catchy
